A great day at the Races

Watch The Pony – running at the Sunshine Coast today.

She is Number 12, and long odds to win.    Very excited to see her come home 2nd.

Fun day at the races for students from Josho Keiko High School

This week our visitors to the farm are from Josho Keiko High School.

Steve took Tomoya Ryota Yuto and Taito to the races at Ipswich to watch our horse run.

What a fun day!

Run Barney Run

After a few slow starts, rain and getting hurt jumping the fence – Barney had a fantastic run on the Sunshine Coast on Sunday.

 

Steve told us he was good – the bookies told us he’d never do it – giving odds of 119 to 1 of the likelyhood of him winning.  So – it was lots of cheering when he moved up on the other runners  – and came in second.

 

We’ll be back on the Sunshine Coast next Sunday – let’s see what he can do next week!
